Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establish detailed monitoring mechanisms, and launch corrective action in the event of deviation of results
∎ Carrying of activity reports and daily, monthly and yearly results
∎ Recruitment training and development of teams, competent, loyal and responsible citizens who can contribute actively and effectively to the positive development of the Park
∎ Manage relationships with institutions, customers and media
∎ Staff trainer (operation, maintenance, Food & beverage, Retail, Customer service....)
∎ Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations and standards of Parks
∎ Ensure that all operations are conducted with the highest standards for visitors and employees
∎ Develop and update emergency plans
∎ Direct control of the following areas of work Ticketing, Operation Attractions, Lifeguards, Customer Care, Cleaning, Security and Emergency Management
∎ Develop people planning required in operations, define profiles for requirement and participation in the process of recruitment and training
∎ To develop manual , SOP and Policy and operating procedures to perform different tasks in the areas of operation
∎ To prepare all SOP, manual and Policy, for all the rides and operations areas
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
Salary: Negotiable
