Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline from Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bond, Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Spinning, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage daily operations and guiding shipping department- related to booking, cargo movement, import/export documentation, sample dispatch, Invoice processing & shipment claim.
∎ Follow-up of all Liaison Office of Buying Company/Shipping Lines/Forwarder/Insurance related job.
∎ Control CNF & Transport activity for inbound and outbound of goods timely.
∎ Coordinate with the merchandising-production-planning dept. for ensuring of raw material in-house as well order follow up for effective export.
∎ Guide team members regarding Bonded Warehouse Management (i.e. Bond Audit, GB, UP, Renewal, and Entitlement etc.).
∎ Manage Banking functions.
∎ Manage Customs, Excise & VAT related issues.
∎ Guide team members and closely followed-up of Bangladesh Bank, BIDA, NBR, EPB, BGMEA, BKMEA, and CCI&E related jobs.
∎ Accomplish effective communications with various govt./ non-govt. agencies and local community.
∎ Coordinate with the Finance Department for payment & receive issues.
∎ Analyze & recommend comparative statement for management decision/ approval regarding issuance of PO/WO & coordinating with Buyer & Vendor for effective supply chain.
∎ Manage sourcing of raw materials, capital machinery, and spares as per requirement.
∎ Build and maintain network with all stakeholders.
∎ Observe, supplier identification-negotiation-selection-approval, supplier performance monitoring, contract management, supplier risk management, & record management etc.
∎ Update report to the management etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ In depth knowledge in Export/Import Policy, SCM, HS Code
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ The ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do attitude, Able to take challenge.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
