Education:
∎ Diploma in Architecture in Architecture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
∎ Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution (Public University will be preferred).
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ 3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a building developer.
∎ Experience with surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or similar.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
∎ Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
∎ Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
∎ Experience in developing 3D Models of Projects related to building technology.
∎ Experience in adobe illustrator will be preferable.
∎ Any knowledge about interior design will be appreciated

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist senior architects and engineers in the preparation of architectural and structural drawings.
∎ Develop 3D models of the buildings and interior.
∎ Supervise construction work to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
∎ Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
∎ Assist in the selection of building materials and finishes.
∎ Ensure adherence to safety regulations on construction sites.
∎ Collaborate with other team members, including contractors and suppliers.
∎ Resolve technical issues that may arise during construction.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all construction activities.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager.
