Education:
∎ Diploma In Surveying
∎ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geography, or a related field.
∎ Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field Digital Survey Diploma (Govt Polytechnic & Public University will be preferred)

∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ 3 years of experience in surveying, preferably in a land development or construction environment.
∎ Proficiency in using surveying equipment, including GPS, total stations, and levels.
∎ Experience with surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or similar.
∎ Strong understanding of surveying principles, boundary law, and construction stakeout.
∎ Diploma in Surveying, GIS, or a relevant technical field may be considered.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or certification (preferred).
∎ Experience with drone surveying and data processing (a plus).
∎ Certification in land surveying, GIS, or drone surveying will be an advantage.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and GPS technology is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction stakeout.
∎ Processing survey data using software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or similar.
∎ Creating and maintaining accurate survey records and reports.
∎ Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project accuracy.
∎ Operating and maintaining surveying equipment, including GPS, total stations, and levels.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all relevant surveying standards and regulations.
∎ Performing quality control checks on survey data.
∎ Managing and mentoring junior survey staff (if applicable).
∎ Using drone technology for surveying and mapping (if applicable).
∎ Ability to interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications (specific certifications, drone piloting license) etc.
