WHAT YOU BRING

  • 6-8 years in digital marketing/media from MNC/agency or large enterprise, with proven success managing large-scale digital campaigns.

  • Advanced knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360).

  • Strong grasp of marketing analytics, attribution models, and ROI frameworks.

  • Proficiency in dashboarding tools (Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau).

  • Experience in budget allocation and media efficiency optimization.

  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Digital Marketing Strategy Lead will drive ACI`s growth by designing data-driven marketing strategies, building impactful digital campaigns, and ensuring alignment with global brand standards. This role will unlock new consumer engagement opportunities and position ACI brands as trusted and influential players in the digital marketplace.

We are looking for a committed & performance driven candidate for the following position in its Corporate Department:

Principle Accountabilities

  • Develop and manage a unified digital marketing ecosystem across all group businesses.

  • Establish group-wide digital media buying and governance standards.

  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic (DV360).

  • Implement data-driven frameworks for ROI measurement, multi-touch attribution, and conversion tracking.

  • Collaborate with brand, e-commerce, and product teams to align digital media with business objectives.

  • Ensure cost efficiency in media buying and deliver YoY improvements in CPM, CPC, and ROAS.

  • Identify and implement first-to-market opportunities with global partners (e.g., beta features, experimental ad formats).

  • Train and mentor internal stakeholders on digital media best practices and measurement standards.
