Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic planning and preparing contents and ensuring the distribution on Social Media platforms, Website, E-mail, Display Networks, Google AdWords, Blog and other direct paid and own media channels
∎ Designing, monitoring and optimizing campaigns across different platforms through a continuous process of data analysis and measuring the campaigns using a variety of Web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook pixel, Facebook Boosting etc.) against the set objectives and KPIs
∎ Increasing e-commerce conversions and improving user experience through creating dynamic re-marketing, the Search Engine Optimization (SEO), SEM, and SMM Marketing Database, Email, Social Media and Display Advertising Campaigns
∎ Creating monthly digital calendars for content and promotions and ensuring the implementation of the same
∎ Analyzing and writing content for SEO and managing company's Social Media networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Create and edit posts, videos and other content
∎ Managing and monitoring all the queries responses on Social Media and Website
∎ Developing outdoor and indoor branding strategy to increase the brand visibility
∎ Keyword research and competitor analysis regularly and identifying the new opportunities for increasing organic reach & Sales
∎ Building relationships at all levels and represents the company in a very professional manner
∎ Identifying new trends and insight in digital marketing and travel industry, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments
∎ Tracking and analyzing Social Media, website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to think about innovative idea, concept, design and propose micro-campaigns to the management
∎ In-depth knowledge about Digital Platform and Di
∎ Proficient in SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Google AdWords, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Content Management Systems, Social Media etc.
∎ Basic knowledge of HTML5 a plus
∎ Good graphics sense and knowledge in tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
∎ Proficiency in Office Suite (e.g. MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.)
∎ Self-Motivated with ability to work independently under constant deadline pressure and beyond normal office hour, if occasionally needed, for launching campaigns and other time bound deliverables
∎ Excellent communications and interpersonal relationship/stakeholder management skills in both writing (Bangla and English) and personal interaction
∎ Taking ownership and delivering with integrity and sincerity at all levels
