Experience:
Honours/ Masters in Marketing, Digital Media or relevant subject, O & A Level background will be given preference.
3-5 years’ relevant proven experience in similar position, experience in English Medium School/Educational Institution will be given preference.
Strong command in spoken and written English
Skill on developing marketing strategy
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
Experience in developing and implementing all aspects of marketing communications, including copy writing, PR, advertising and producing marketing
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative flair with an eye for photography and design and excellent copywriting skills
Experience in management of social media and website content
Ability to work on own initiative and be a team player

Job Responsibilities:
Promote the profile of the School as a whole to external audiences
Creating and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the school`s goals and target audience.
Develop and execute effective PR initiatives across digital and off-line channels which build positive school brand awareness
Contribute into school website including content and user experience and the school’s
social media channels and continually update to reflect the school`s core values
Manage the school`s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and fostering online engagement with the school community.
Planning and executing online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc) to reach target audiences and generate leads.
Attend appropriate external events and networking opportunities as an ambassador of the School
Monitor the performance of digital content using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of content strategies.
Ensuring that all digital content created and shared by the school complies with copyright laws, data protection regulations, and the school`s policies and guidelines.
Engaging with the school community through online forums, groups, and discussions to foster relationships, address concerns, and gather feedback.
Monitoring online conversations and addressing any negative feedback or crises in a timely and professional manner to protect the school`s reputation.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to digital marketing, data privacy, and online communications.
Staying updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development activities.
Any other duties which may, from time to time, be reasonably assigned by the
