Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:
The selected candidate will be a key member of Flixza Group’s marketing team, working full-time to strengthen the company’s digital presence across all business concerns, including real estate, e-commerce, agriculture, automotive, and hospitality. This role is vital for driving online growth, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other digital platforms.

  • Manage and optimize social media channels, including content creation, engagement, and performance tracking.

  • Perform SEO activities, content optimization, and website analytics to drive organic traffic.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behavior, and opportunities for digital growth.

  • Prepare performance reports with insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies.

  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to maintain brand consistency and execute creative campaigns.

  • Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to implement innovative strategies.

  • Handle additional marketing-related responsibilities as assigned by management to support company growth.
