Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Pharm/ M. Pharm/ MBBS/ MBA in Marketing or graduation in Biological Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution of digital activities based on Sandoz Digital strategy
∎ Develop appropriate research/user testing to identify customer/market trends and insights
∎ Deploy digital content to customer in appropriate channels
∎ Measure, analyze and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and channels, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and develop recommendations for program enhancement (Customer 360 view)
∎ Manage and track budgets, timelines and vendors to deliver programs on time and within forecasted spend
∎ Handle Product Manager role if necessary to support marketing team
∎ Partner with the regional Customer Engagement team to drive digital strategy development and roadmap to operationalize next-generation go-to-market commercial models relevant to the Sandoz generic business model, mindset and portfolio, adapted to market archetypes and channels.
∎ Find new Customer Engagement ways to grow the business, increase brand awareness, gain customer insights on product and engagement preferences
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
∎ Solid understanding of digital landscape, processes and methodologies
∎ Demonstrated ability to quickly learn products and brand strategies and tie to patient digital journey
∎ Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and a test-learn-iterate mindset
∎ Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and synthesize inputs across multiple projects and brand strategies
