Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities: Receive and make business phone calls. Respond to Facebook page messages and customer inquiries. Check and respond to company emails. Create and publish social media posts and advertisements. Maintain office records and administrative documents. Assist with client communications and follow-ups. Support online marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Perform other office-related tasks as assigned. Additional Requirements: Age below 40 years. Male/Female both can apply. Basic computer skills are required. Familiarity with Facebook, Email, Internet browsing, and office software. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel will be an advantage. Good communication skills in Bengali and basic English. Experience Requirements: Experience in an IT or software company will be considered a plus. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
