Duty: Saturday to Thursday - Time 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITY:
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online sales of fragrance, beauty, and skincare products.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and customer behavior using Google Analytics
Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
Optimize online marketing campaigns based on performance data and insights.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Coordinate with management, design, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals
Job Other Benifits:
Salary Range: Tk. 22,000 or negotiable based on experience and performance
