Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create books database in google sheets. (Book Title, Author, Publisher, Book Types, ISBN, etc.)
∎ Collect and store image or picture of books in Hard Drive or Google Drive.
∎ Upload and review books into the Website.
∎ Call customers to ensure shipping address.
∎ Authenticate shipping from Website Panel.
∎ Call enrolling customers to ensure the right course purchase.
∎ Manage access to training content with reconciliation of payments
∎ Collect customer’s feedback
∎ Overall customer support for registered instructors.
∎ The candidate will have following duties in general.
∎ The duties will be distributed according to the priority of workflow as well as utilization of workhours;
