  • Hands-on experience with social content production (video, design, copywriting basics).

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to balance creativity and performance.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage agencies and creators.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Digital Content Transformation Manager will shape ACI`s digital presence by defining content strategies aligned with consumer trends, driving creator and influencer collaborations, and overseeing innovative content formats such as reels, live commerce, and interactive storytelling. This role will integrate content seamlessly into brand campaigns and e-commerce journeys, establish measurable KPIs, and position ACI as a pioneer in next-generation digital engagement.

We are looking for a committed & performance driven candidate for the following position in its Corporate Department:

Principle Accountabilities

  • Define and implement group-wide content strategies aligned to consumer trends.

  • Develop, manage, and evaluate influencer/creator/KOL programs for reach and advocacy.

  • Oversee creation of engaging content formats (short video, reels, stories, live commerce).

  • Collaborate with brand teams to ensure content integrates seamlessly into campaigns and e-commerce journeys.

  • Establish benchmarks and KPIs for content effectiveness (engagement, CTR, conversions).

  • Build partnerships with new-gen content creators and agencies to experiment with innovative formats.

  • Ensure production processes deliver content that is on-brand, consistent, and optimized for digital channels.
