  • 3D/Motion: Strong command of After Effects and a major 3D Software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).

  • Digital Formats: Expert knowledge of digital resolutions, aspect ratios, and platform best practices.

2. Creative & Conceptual Skills

  • Fundamentals: Exceptional command of visual composition, typography, and colour theory.

  • Conceptual Ability: Proven ability to generate original ideas and apply them to technical/industrial (cement) contexts.

  • Design Quality: Uncompromising eye for clean, contemporary, and detail-oriented design.

3. Professional Skills

  • Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks and meet strict deadlines.

  • Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent communication and feedback-actioning skills.

Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital design/motion graphics.

  • Portfolio: A strong, well-organised portfolio is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:

We seek a highly creative Digital Content Designer specialising in Graphics, Motion, and 3D, dedicated to our Cement and Building Materials brand. You will translate complex product features and brand strategy into high-impact, bilingual (English/Bangla) visual content for all digital platforms, driving brand communication and marketing success in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Content Creation

  • Social Media Assets: Produce high-quality visuals (static, motion, reels, short videos) for all social media platforms.

  • Campaign & Branding: Design content for digital campaigns and broader brand initiatives.

  • Corporate Materials: Create designs for corporate presentations, brochures, and online assets.

  • Visual Execution: Quickly and accurately translate creative briefs into final visual ideas and layouts with minimal supervision.

2. Motion Graphics & 3D Visualisation

  • Motion Content: Create engaging motion graphics and animated content for digital platforms.

  • 3D Renders: Develop 3D renders, product visualisations, and environmental mock-ups as required (e.g., showing cement product usage).

  • Storytelling: Enhance visual storytelling through polished transitions, pacing, and visual hierarchy.

3. Technical & Language Focus (Cement Brand)

  • Industry Content: Create content related to cement, construction, or building materials, including product visuals and technical illustrations.

  • Simplify Data: Transform complex or technical information into clear, visually engaging communication.

  • Bilingual Design: Design content that effectively communicates in both English and Bangla, ensuring cultural relevance and clarity.

4. Brand Alignment & Strategy

  • Brand Consistency: Strictly maintain brand identity, tone, and visual language across all outputs.

  • Strategic Design: Understand marketing objectives to create designs that are not just appealing, but strategically effective.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, brand, and agency teams to deliver campaign-ready assets on time.
