• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or equivalent is prefered

• Minimum 2 years in retail/food/packaging or FMCG preferred.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, print, in store retail graphics and digital campaigns.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with After Effects or Premiere (basic motion graphics) is a plus.

• Knowledge of print production, dielines, CMYK/RGB, bleed/margin, and file formats.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and social media formats.

• Experience coordinating with printers, manufacturers and photographers.

• 2–3 work samples specifically of packaging, retail displays or food/brand campaigns

Job Context:

Leads creative design for Leveled bakery & pastry retail brand—developing on‑brand visuals for packaging, in‑store signage, social media, marketing collateral and POS. Responsible for concept-to-execution design, vendor-ready artwork, and mentoring junior designers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain brand identity: logos, color palettes, typography, iconography and brand guidelines.

• Design product packaging, labels, cake boxes, bags, stickers and seasonal/limited edition collections.

• Create in store graphics: signage, menu boards, window displays, banners, price tags and promotional POP materials.

• Produce digital assets for social media, email campaigns, website banners, digital ads and product photography overlays.

• Conceptualize and deliver creative campaigns for product launches, festivals, promotions and events.

• Prepare print ready artwork; liaise with printers and vendors to ensure color accuracy, dielines, materials and production quality.

• Oversee product photography styling and post production edits (basic retouching/color correction).

• Ensure consistent visual language across offline and online touchpoints.

• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and prioritize urgent retail needs.

• Mentor and review work of junior designers and external freelancers/agencies.

• Monitor design trends in food, retail and packaging; propose innovative ideas to enhance brand appeal and sales.
