Experience: 1- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a creative agency, B2B service, or e-commerce environment.
Technical Skills: strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google AdMob, Meta Business Suite, and SEO/ASO best practices.
Content Writing: Write and create quality content (especially in native US-style writing) in accordance with our service descriptions, website content, and target market content needs on the form of web-copy, blog posts, articles for third-party content marketing platforms, ad copies & social media posts, etc.
Email Marketing: Proven experience with email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
Aesthetic Sense: Since we are a graphics company, you must have a keen eye for design and detail.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can write copy that sells.
Mindset: You are data-driven but creatively fueled. You love testing A/B scenarios to find the winning formula.
Bonus Points For
Experience in the Graphic Design or Photography industry.

Job Context:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on SEO & ASO Specialists to own our online presence. In this role, you will be the bridge between our creative output and our target audience. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our services and brand identity.
Your goal is simple: Drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand authority.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Content Management: Oversee website SEO to improve organic rankings for keywords Manage the creation of blog content and case studies. Collaborate with our design team to create high-performing visuals and copy that resonate with our audience.
SEO & Content Strategy: Oversee website SEO to improve organic rankings for keywords like "product photo editing, Best App Developer". Manage the creation of blog content and case studies.
ASO & Content Strategy: Optimize mobile apps for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize app title, short description, long description, and metadata Improve app ranking, organic installs, and conversion rate.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Monitor CPI, ROAS, retention, and conversion metrics.
Coordinate with designers for app icons, screenshots, feature graphics, and ad creative.
Run A/B testing for store listings and paid campaigns Track ASO & paid marketing performance and prepare detailed reports.
Stay updated with app store algorithms, ASO trends, and paid UA best practices
Social Media Growth: Manage and grow our presence on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Behance/Pinterest).
Paid Media Management: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads) and Social Ads (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) to lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics & Google AdMob.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (Traffic, Conversion Rate, MQLs) and provide monthly reports to leadership.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI on paid campaigns (PPC/Social Ads).
