• 3-5 years’ relevant proven experience in digital content creation, multimedia production, or instructional design, preferably in an educational setting in similar position, experience in English Medium School/Educational Institution will be given preference.

• Strong command in spoken and written English

• Proficiency in multimedia production software

• Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and accessible digital content.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy in content creation and production.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital content creation

• Creative flair with an eye for photography and design and excellent copywriting skills

• Experience in management of social media and website content

• Ability to work on own initiative and be a team player

Job Context: Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce engaging and informative content such as articles, blog posts, videos, info graphics, podcasts, and social media posts relevant to the school`s target audience (students, parents, teachers, alumni, etc.).

• Maintain and update the school`s website with fresh content, including news articles, event announcements, faculty profiles, student achievements, and other relevant information.

• Design visual assets such as logos, banners, posters, flyers, and digital signage for promotional materials and events, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of school events, activities, facilities, and student life for use in promotional materials, social media posts, and website content.

• Develop, design and manage all school publications, including the School prospectus, welcome letters, information booklets and newsletters etc as applicable.

• Working closely with teachers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on content, and ensure alignment with educational goals.

• Any other duties which may, from time to time, be reasonably assigned by the Principal/concerned Authority
