∎ Mariner Engineer; Holding Class-I COC From recognized authority.

∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Shipping

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, supervise and lead the team of Planned Maintenance system (PMS) project as well as all activities.
∎ Perform responsibility to installation, implementation and continuously update the Planned Maintenance system (PMS) project as and when require to keep align with the industry.
∎ Keep close contact with the vender, class and vessel to integrate all in order to ensure system will be up and running as soon as possible.
∎ Ensure and need to make data entry for all vessel which also included inventory of spares upon installation PMS.
∎ Train the shipboard personnel for proper use of PMS system.
∎ Identify the requirement of critical spares, make inventory and update the PMS accordingly.
∎ Monitor and provide guidance to the team to perform SMS / Audit / inspection related job under software.
∎ Monitor and ensure good working environment and crossover to all components, manuals, checklists, risk assessments are properly selected and uploaded to the system.
∎ Maintain every details of crew management in the software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have 10 years experience as Chief Engineer / Last 5 years with PMS
∎ Must have strong command over written and verbal communication in English.
∎ Fully computer literate and expert in MS Excel, MS Power Point.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, Analytical Skill, Negotiation skill, Numerical skill.
