Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ MBA from reputed University
∎ Preferred from University of Dhaka or North South University with an excellent educational track record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Merchandising, Preferably experience in working with a reputed Footwear Brand, QC & Compliance, Sales Operations, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a team of professional in the field of merchandising, distribution and marketing.
∎ Prepare business plan as per distribution channel and merchandising categories including OTB and shoe line by category and sub-category
∎ To prepare and lead the process of effective planning of procurement, production, inventory control, logistics and distribution.
∎ Train, develop, mentor and assist entire team members of the departments that fall within the supply chain process
∎ To establish a solid backward linkage by developing different vendors for producing and supplying products as per needs both from locally and internationally.
∎ Prepare marketing plan and carry out periodic marketing research to undertake new product initiatives to uphold competitive advantages.
∎ Direct in developing product line planning by category and price-point to cater specific customer segment.
∎ Manage and direct the commercial and QC for import and local buying
∎ Any other work as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Be honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ The ability to manage a budget.
∎ Good knowledge of production process.
∎ Knowledge of the Footwear international & local market and its future trends
