Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Billing, Construction Estimation, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Planning and budget, Project Management with proper Management of Construction material
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management, Project costing, Material Management, Planning & progress Monitoring, Overall Supervision, Liaison and preparing bills
∎ Provide technical solution to assign project as per customer requirements.
∎ Preparation of tender document to submit at Govt., Semi-Govt. and private tenders.
∎ Regular monitoring & checking daily Work Report, Measurement book, Check List, inspection report etc.
∎ Coordination with the respective person assigned for the communication with the consultants time to time and ensures the timely arrival of drawing at project.
∎ Final checking of major construction works according to the approved drawing before casting.
∎ To ensure the material quality by coordinating with the quality control engineer and Commercial department.
∎ To ensure the arrival of material in time at project by coordinating with the respective project engineers and purchase department.
∎ To arrange and engage new contractors in company.
∎ To inspect each apartment of project before final handover & ensure the proper solution of all inspected problems through Property care department & Project Engineer.
∎ To execute all types of maintenance works of handed over project by coordinating with the maintenance department.
∎ To arrange and execute the training session for Engineers and Supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
