Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and managing all types of construction works of assigned projects coordinating with Chief Engineer.
∎ Coordinated CPDL construction project.
∎ To prepare & review the yearly budget of project.
∎ Quality control of Construction Material & also construction works.
∎ To prepare the yearly project budget coordinating with the Engineers and review the budget with Chief Engineer.
∎ Regular monitoring & verifying of related documents i.e., Daily Work Report, Measurement book, Check List, inspection report etc.
∎ Verifying the bills of all contractors, overtime and conveyance of all team member of Construction Mgt. Department.
∎ Ensure the project work according to the approved drawing & bar Chart at each stage.
∎ Coordination with the respective person assigned for the communication with the consultants time to time and ensures the timely arrival of drawing at site.
∎ To prepare the bar chart focusing on the handover of the project.
∎ To ensure the arrival of materials in time by coordinating with the purchase dept. time to time.
∎ Other delegated and non- delegated project related assignment as desire by the Chief Engineer & MD & CEO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum 12 Years of practical experience in any reputed real estate or Construction Company.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
