Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Public University like BUET / KUET / CUET / RUET, etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 16 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and review the functional strategies related to construction in line with the business concern;
∎ Rigorous supervision of construction work to ensure work progress according to construction work schedule;
∎ Directly responsible for the quality of construction and timely completion of the projects;
∎ Prepare a complete construction plan after understanding the drawing plan accurately;
∎ Forecast all construction challenges & risks and devise innovative approaches to overcome all possible challenges;
∎ Select tools, equipment and materials and track inventory for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within scope & budget;
∎ Direct and guide the site engineers and other team members for all technical issues and site problems;
∎ Review the construction work progress according to schedule and take corrective measure to catch on delays, if any to deliver the project on time;
∎ Check and ensure quality of work in each and every item of works;
∎ Be acquainted with and adhered to building and safety as well as cost and wastage control;
∎ Conduct periodic meeting with project personnel, architects and contractors for all technical issues and deliver the decision for smooth construction;
∎ Prepare construction work program, method statement and direct & motivate engineers, team members and contractors to complete the job within stipulated time and budget;
∎ Check and monitor all types of bills (contractors' bills, site petty bills, labor bills etc.);
∎ Prepare and submit monthly periodic construction progress report to the Management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Proven working experience in large-scale industrial building construction and infrastructure development;
∎ Adequate knowledge on ERSS (Earth Retaining Structural System) and Fair-Face Concrete.
∎ Strong knowledge on construction management process, means and methods.
∎ Sound on building products, construction details and relevant rules & regulations.
∎ Demonstrated ability to ensure right quality of construction.
∎ Well Conversant with construction management software packages.
∎ Job Location : Kashimpur, Gazipur
