Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc. Engg. (Civil), from Public Universities will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full-time construction supervision of multiple high-rise buildings having multiple basements & fair-face concrete.
∎ Directly responsible for the quality of construction and timely completion of the projects.
∎ To forecast all construction challenges & risks (especially the ones during excavation and basement construction) and devise innovative approaches to overcome all possible challenges.
∎ To study the drawings and construction documents to prepare a complete construction plan.
∎ Select tools, equipment, and materials and track inventory for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within scope & budget.
∎ To ensure construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
∎ Direct and guide the site engineers and other team members for all technical issues and site problems.
∎ Site control in all respects (budgetary control, progress control, administrative control, material Inflow, consumption, etc.)
∎ To check and ensure the right quality of construction.
∎ Coordination with Head Office as and when required.
∎ To review the construction work progress according to schedule and take corrective measures to catch on delays, if any to deliver the project on time.
∎ To be acquainted with and be adhered to building and safety regulations.
∎ To check and authorize Material Purchase Requisition (MRR).
∎ To conduct periodic meetings with project personnel, architects, and contractors for all technical issues and deliver the decision for smooth construction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 37 years
∎ Minimum 18 years of proven working experience, out of which 10 years in a reputed real estate company.
∎ Shall have proven working experience of constructing at least 2 nos. 3 Level basement.
∎ Shall be having adequate knowledge of ERSS (Earth Retaining Structural System) and Fair-Face Concrete.
∎ Shall be having demonstrated the ability to ensure the right quality of construction.
∎ Shall be capable enough to take technical decisions and to give solutions to all site problems.
