Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBS/M.Com in Accounting/Finance/Management from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing & formulating the existing procurement planning & strategy for achieving organizational goals.
∎ Carry out competitive market survey and analyze procurement activities.
∎ Maintain close liaison with related department specially Production, Stores & Administration for smooth operation.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial/ Purchase/ Supply Chain Department in any reputed manufacturing Industry as Head of Department / Team Leader.
∎ Candidate should have verse knowledge & experience of L.C. documentation, Import & Export procedure, Banking part on commercial issue, Customs, VAT, C&F, Insurance, MOU, Contracts & Agreement, H.,S. Code etc.
∎ Sound knowledge in spare parts, Chemical items & industrial raw-materials.
∎ Candidate should have strong negotiation, bargaining & leadership skills.
∎ Candidates to posses hands on expertise in handling managerial task & sub-ordinates with excellent communication skills, creating conducive working environment to achieve company objectives.
∎ Candidates working in manufacturing organization will be an added advantage.
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Must have adequate computer literacy.
∎ Age relaxation may be permitted if the candidates posses any specialization.
Salary:
∎ Attractive Salary with other fringe benefits shall be offered best in industry but expected salary should be mentioned in the application.
