∎ Training/Trade Course: Performance Management System,Organizational Development,Training and Development
Job Context:
∎ We are one of the largest conglomerate in Bangladesh is looking for Retired Army Officer (Major / Lt. Colonel) with minimum 3 yrs experienced as DGM/AGM (HR & Security) with reputed Group of Companies after retirement.
∎ Workstation: Memberbari, Baniarchala, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of Security of all establishments (all over the country) of the Group through coordination, integration and synchronization.
∎ Management of Organizational Development through Training, SOP & Evaluation.
∎ Management of PMS (Performance Management System) through evaluation and reward.
∎ Management of HR Audit in the field and supervise corporate drives as & when directed.
∎ Prepare & review strategy & policy for Organizational Development to support business units.
∎ Dealing with all regulatory authority/documents and legal affairs.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 42 to 52 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good speed in composing bangla and english, good knowledge in MS Office, Emailing, Net browsing etc.
∎ Should be energetic, honest, dedicated and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Excellent communication & coordination skills.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Initially, salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 month probation period.
