∎ At least 20 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 20 years of professional experience
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience in planning, preparation, and design/construction supervision of Highway and Bridge projects in ICB contract.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience as Deputy Team Leader in similar Highway projects in ICB contract
