Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the team to complete the assigned tasks or projects.
∎ Troubleshoot the problems at various stages of technology transfer (from R&D to plant).
∎ Handle the regulatory queries related to technology transfer (EB and Pre-Validation batches).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Good understanding on generic product development and Technology transfer related activities for regulatory markets (US and Europe/UK)
∎ Knowing good documentation practice
∎ Having experience in preparation and review of various protocols and reports related to technology transfer from R&D to plant
∎ Having knowledge on QbD aspects
∎ Having experience in SU/EB/Validation batch execution at plant
∎ Having good communication skills with Cross functional departments like AR&D, RA, QA Packaging development and Production department
∎ Having experience in Technology transfer of Immediate Release Tablets, Extended Release Tablets/capsules, Delayed Release Tablets/Capsules, Pellets, capsule in capsule and Soft Gelatin capsules
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs
∎ Smart, energetic and innovative
∎ Computer literate
