Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical systems of all dyeing machines, Hi-soft machines, Stenters, Calender / Inspections / Boiler / Generator /ETP, etc.
∎ Lead a team of technicians. Allocate work and monitor task completion.
∎ Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
∎ Maintain records of machinery maintenance, electrical system and breakdowns.
∎ Monitor machine performance to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
∎ Lead installations and commissioning of machines and equipment. Liaise with the suppliers.
∎ Conduct in-depth analysis of any issue, find the root cause and suggest to the management.
∎ Coordinate with the production, commercial and other departments to ensure proper integration of mechanical systems.
∎ Maintain all maintenance logs and documentation as per buyer compliance.
∎ Support internal and external audits by ensuring safety, environmental, and labor compliance standards are met.
∎ Train technical staff on machine operation, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management as required at any time.
