Commercial, Distribution, Store/ inventory, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall supervision of a distribution section.
∎ Develop, manage and motivate the distribution team.
∎ Plan the best use of time and resources to develop the leads into strong relationships
∎ Work closely with operational delivery to resolve problems and turn them into opportunities
∎ Manage customer accounts/portfolio and ensure that the client are satisfied while building a robust distribution network
∎ Ensure effective implementation of expected daily activities and follow up on distribution performance
∎ Ensure the depot provide high-quality reliable service to the customers
∎ Make a plan for proper uses of the company’s vehicle in coordination with the Admin
∎ Liaison with the external transport company to ensure proper delivery
∎ Ensure delivery of products without any damage
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in computer is essential.
∎ Well-organized, co-operative with pleasant personality.
∎ Result oriented, ability to multi-task, handle and bring issues to closure.
∎ Must be highly energetic, enthusiastic, hard-working, dedicated, motivated and able to perform under pressure in order to accept this challenging position.
