∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of Electric sub-station, Generator, Solar Panel, Pumps etc. in various buildings.
∎ Monitoring & Maintenance, Electric Control Panels, Fire Protection & Fighting Systems including Lifts, HVACs.
∎ Prepare and execute regular preventive maintenance schedules of all electro-mechanical equipment's in the projects.
∎ Responsible for schedule maintenance of all machines and equipment of the manufacturing company.
∎ Ensures total preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment from damage and obsolescence machines/equipment.
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, gas, etc) and measure units of utilities produced, utilized and waste- through monthly reporting.
∎ Should have good knowledge about installation and Maintenance MDB, DB, SDP, MCB, MCCB, VCB, MCB, ACR, and ABS.
∎ Must have knowledge on Auto CAD, able to design & implement the whole electrical solution of a building.
∎ Maintain accurate and thorough inventory of electrical work in building, parts and related manuals.
∎ Communicate job status through verbal communications, or through other written communications.
∎ Ensuring quality of works by checking and monitoring together with QC team.
∎ Follow up electrical design and making BOQ of building and guidelines as well as all standards of electrical work, safety and maintenance practices.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate and Construction.
∎ 5 years relevant working experience in real estate sector.
