Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm/B. Pharm or M.Sc/B.Sc in Chemistry/Bio Chemistry/Applied Chemistry from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and validate the analytical methods for new raw materials and ensure successful transfer of the developed method with proper documentation following relevant guidelines.
∎ Check all data/results collected by analysts/executives to ensure their authenticity.
∎ Prepare RM specification and analytical methods for QC and supervise timely testing & reporting of stability samples.
∎ Review the operational & calibration SOPs of lab instruments to help the analysts/operators to operate the critical equipment.
∎ Ensure timely analysis and reporting of PD samples contemplating the application of health and safety, and environmental standards in R&D Lab.
∎ Provide insights and leadership to incorporate industry trends, benchmarks and best practices.
∎ Perform finished product method validation and cleaning method validation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 5-7 years of relevant working experience (R&D Analytical Area of Pharma project) is desired.
∎ Candidates should have the ability to work independently and under strictest deadline, leading capabilities and aggressive selling skill.
∎ Candidate should have strong analytical skills with flexible organization skill, people development skill, decision making and problem solving skills.
∎ Good expertise and adequate knowledge in the area of both inter & intra industries are also desirable.
∎ Age limit is not more than 35 (Thirty Five) years. But it may be relaxed for highly qualified and experienced candidates.
