∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Practical knowledge in operating and maintaining utility equipment like Boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, WTP, WWTP
∎ Sound understanding of energy management and efficiency improvement techniques
∎ Should be able to work independently and lead a shift-based utility operation team
∎ Experience in chemical plants, refineries, or similar heavy industries preferred
∎ Proficient in maintaining logs, SOPs, and utility reports
∎ Good communication and troubleshooting skills
∎ Familiarity with DCS & PLC systems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee daily operations of utility systems, including preventive and breakdown maintenance
∎ Monitor critical parameters for Steam, DM water, Compressed air, Nitrogen unit, and Cooling Water systems
∎ Maintain continuous utility support to production without interruption
∎ Ensure timely maintenance of utility systems and coordinate with maintenance/engineering teams
∎ Analyze operational data and performance reports to improve system efficiency and reliability
∎ Ensure documentation like utility logs, maintenance records, and calibration logs is up-to-date
∎ Coordinate with other departments for seamless plant operations
∎ Conduct regular safety audits and ensure fire and operational safety protocols are followed
∎ Schedule manpower effectively and manage shift duties
∎ Report periodically to department heads and assist in compliance reporting to external agencies
