∎ Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation and excellent negotiation skills

∎ Strong communication and team management skills
∎ 8-10 years of work experience in the field of technical support with 2-3 years in leadership role
∎ Working experience in Cement sector will be preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for supporting, coaching, developing, and supervising a team of technical support associates
∎ Manage the assigned team of Support Engineers
∎ Extend technical support to the distributors', retailers and end user level
∎ Motivate the team members and address any issues which may arise in daily operations
∎ Identify new areas for market development through proper channels
∎ Bring any possible unaddressed concerns to the attention of higher management
∎ Monitor case updates sent by team members and assist them with any improvements if needed
∎ Reaching out to customers for any surveys where a follow-up is required
∎ Fulfill the role of an on-call supervisor in a rotational schedule
∎ Implement any other assignment given by the management from time to time
