Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc Engineering in Mechanical/IPE/EEE.
∎ Candidates with specialized certification in logistics/supply chain management will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demand Planning: Analyze SKU-wise sales and delivery and set up monthly production targets based on ABP, sales forecast with considering present FG stock. Analyze historical data analysis and identify material requirements. Advance Planning for any disruption/emergency to minimize shortfall at the production site.
∎ Inventory Management: Monthly Raw and Packaging requirement analysis. Tracking outstanding order and pipeline material. Analyze in-house material coverage day. Identify slow and non-moving items and take necessary actions accordingly.
∎ Packaging Material Planning & monitoring: Analyze monthly material consumption and identify monthly requirements. Setup monthly packaging requirement schedule as per production plan. Ensure in-time packaging supply with Communicating concern department and supplier/vendor.
∎ Collaboration with Factory, Purchase & Procurement, Sales, and Brand: Collaborate with production and sales to identify their requirement take an action plan accordingly. Execute CP (consumer promotion), TP (trade promotion), and other promotional activities.
∎ Supplier Management: Analyze supplier performance with respect to quality and lead time. Identify supplier capability, capacity, and responsiveness. Source and develop alternative options.
