Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development and implementation of procurement strategies.
∎ Develop & maintain vendor master data & supplier performance strategies.
∎ Negotiations with suppliers.
∎ Establishing a strong network & fostering collaboration with internal customers, suppliers & other stack holders.
∎ Analyse the company's requirements, evaluate every sourcing alternative, and pick the right one
∎ Plan and prepare procurement budget for various materials in order to ensure the delivery as per the timeline.
∎ Follow up the purchase procedure as prescribed the company from time to time.
∎ Developing sound, cost effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in construction business.
∎ Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continuously sourcing for additional vendors.
∎ Coordinate with vendor and project site for smooth delivery and manage the inventory smoothly
∎ Collect bills from vendors and process them to ensure timely payment in coordination with the Accounts team
∎ Manage all other task assigned by the management time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
