Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure preset infrastructure standards and guidance including hygiene requirements or parameters like CI, genuine parts counter, washing bay, customer lounge, service reception, engine room, cust toilet, change room/scrap room, cleanliness/upkeep, tools/equipment, VCS display etc.
∎ Implement of all service SOPs with an aim to improve customer satisfaction or deliverables including service excellence initiatives.
∎ Ensure satisfactory customer complaint resolution with logical conclusion within 2 days and feedback on products & services offered to customers, including major complaints, product performance, & warranty or FSC analysis.
∎ Monitor and develop all aspects of service and parts business in the workshop. Ensure optimum workshop inflow thereby increasing workshop profitability through increase in labour revenue and genuine spare parts consumption.
∎ Ensure inflow targets are met along with service share/penetration as set by the management
∎ Analyze the customer inflow, compare with target, and take necessary measures to meet the target or market share.
∎ Make sure of proper availability and technical training of manpower as per set standards, guidelines, SIBs/ QIBs & product improvement.
∎ Plant/implement service promotional activities throughout the year to augment TVS Brand awareness/value, reinstate value addition / offerings, and meet customer expectation from products & services.
∎ Maintain good relation with existing as well as prospective customers and Create a customer-oriented environment in the service center and ensure that all customers are treated accordingly.
∎ Keep the database in a professional way and prepare report in weekly monthly and quarterly and submit to the supervisor accordingly.
∎ Plan and implement monthly/yearly service plan as per set targets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Preferably 8 years of experience in relevant field and minimum 2 years with managerial responsibilities
∎ Must be good in organizing and motivating the team. Good command over computer, especially in MS Office/Internet & Email systems
∎ Ability to work under stress & in any complex situation
∎ Ability to travel frequently as and when required
