∎ B.Sc. in Chemistry / Chemical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any well reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experienced in Battery Industry will get preference, Industrial production, Production Process, Quality Control Assurance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform & Monitor test of incoming materials and ensure as per SOP with report.
∎ Perform & Monitor test of test of intermediate products & finished products and ensure as per SOP with report.
∎ Perform & monitor SpectroLab operation, Plate & Battery Testing instruments/Equipment.
∎ Perform Instrument & Equipment Calibration
∎ Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
∎ Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA team as well as related departments.
∎ Coordinate materials & product testing processes.
∎ Participate in product testing.
∎ Monitor all testing related operations that affect quality
∎ Perform & monitoring ERP operation
∎ Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
∎ Review customer and user feedback.
∎ Make diagnosis report of returned products.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.
∎ Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship.
∎ Assure the reliability and consistency of product’s quality by checking processes and final output
∎ Able to demonstrate implementation, documentation & monitoring experience in the development & application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001

∎ 4-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
