∎ Bachelor in Maritime Engineering or similar discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist PMS In-Charge for installation and implementation of PMS system.
∎ Visit vessel and take inventory of Ships spares and make entry into the PMS.
∎ Study ships plan, drawing and input relevant information of ships into the PMS.
∎ Liaise with HSEQ, Crewing and procurement department to make data entry.
∎ Identify critical spare parts for the Ship, collect Ships data, upload class certificate, documents and entry into the PMS.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly job description in the PMS.
∎ Organize purchase and maintenance module of data based on minimum and maximum order level.
∎ Keep record of data as presentable for the inspection of internal & external audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate having experience in seafaring background and shore job experience will get preference.
