Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the department head with the installation and implementation of the PMS system.
∎ Ensure that every information regarding ship inventory spares is recorded and updated properly.
∎ Understand the ship's plan, and ship drawing and input relevant information about ships into the PMS.
∎ Maintain liaison with HSEQ, crewing, and procurement department to collect data and provide entry in software.
∎ Provide training to share staff and external manning agents in handling CFM (Cloud Fleet Management) for respective module.
∎ Identify critical spare parts for the Ship and mark it at CFM.
∎ Organize purchase and maintenance module of data based on minimum and maximum order levels.
∎ Record and preserve data as presentable for the inspection of internal & external audits.
∎ To monitor CFM daily basis for all vessels under PMS for overdue jobs as well as other modules using on board.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Candidate having experience in seafaring background and shore job will get preference.
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
∎ Excellent organizational & leadership skills.
∎ Sound communication skills and interpersonal skills.
