Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Management / Operation Management / Related subject in International Business or MBA (Related Subjects) from reputed universities like: DU, NSU, EWU, IUB, AIUB or Equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning delivery timetables
∎ Ensuring stores have enough stock
∎ Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand
∎ Overseeing the ordering and packaging process
∎ Monitoring stock levels & inventory.
∎ Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination
∎ Supervise and monitor day-to-day work of the incumbents to ensure proper and smooth distribution of goods and materials in the market to achieve sales target.
∎ Forecasting customer demand.
∎ Ensure timely distribution as per order.
∎ Supplier relationship management.
∎ Internal and external collaboration.
∎ Initiatives to reduce lead time.
∎ Responsible for prepare & submit daily, quarterly and annual report to the management.
∎ Oversee the proper maintenance of inventory to ensure optimal stock level for uninterrupted supply of the goods and materials as per demand of the customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ At least 7-10 year(s) after education including 3 years as Asst. Manager in Supply Chain / Commercial in a group of Companies.
∎ The applicants should have experience in corporate environment.
∎ Must have literacy in computer, email and ERP software use.
∎ Must have good leadership skill, communication skill and self-motivation.
