Job Context:
∎ • Financial - A) Optimize the cutting plan for MS sheet from wastage up to 97% from present 80% B) Optimize the rack costing from budget cost for Rack by 10% Customer - A) To plan of Main stand, Side stand, Foot peg, Rear fork, Leg guard, Saree guard & Industrial rack to be ensured for monthly basis & control of stock and delivery. B) To deliver Product within Schedule working days.
∎ • Process - A) To maintain productivity due to meet factory demand. B) Reuse the MS Sheet for making different component which is the design wastage of frame body in order to reduce wastage C) Optimise the use of MS sheet MS Pipe.
∎ • D)To reduce the risk of accident in Press Shop by maintaining the control measure and ensuring the safe work environment
∎ • People Development - A) Organized the training for workers about properly materials handling, quality improvement & work safety.
∎ • Innovation - A) To develop different ways & means to increase output.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To follow the policy, procedure and instruction manuals of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Management system to maintain ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001: 2018 standards in the activities.
∎ • To follow the policy, procedure and instruction manuals of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Management system to maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards in the activities.
∎ • Identify loopholes and weakness in press shop to maximize the cost reduction/ cost saving related to sub assembly activities of Factory.
∎ • Suggest supervisor for overall policy formulation and implementation of press system of Factory.
∎ • Preparation of annual work plan for press shop and ensuring compliance.
∎ • Attending daily meeting to rectify the faults/defects regarding quality assurance and taking necessary steps to production faultless/ defect motorcycle.
∎ • Keeping the time of workers and recording the overtime if necessary.
∎ • Arrange periodic maintenance of press line machinery according to maintenance schedule.
∎ • Ensure uninterrupted production through strict supervision.
∎ • Arrange components against short, damage and wrong components from store and pass the wrong components to PRM accordingly.
∎ • Ensure assemble of CBU motorcycles as and when required.
∎ • Updating all sorts of register including production, tools etc.
∎ • Preparing monthly report to submitted to the head office.
∎ • Recording time in order to increase worker efficiency.
∎ • Taking necessary steps in reducing losses.
∎ • Assisting PRM in repairing when needed.
∎ • Instantly responding to problems occurred in production and formulating effective plans accordingly.
∎ • Arrange substitute to work in absence of subordinates.
∎ • Strictly maintaining the maintenance schedule of tools and machinery used in factory.
∎ • Updating the tools register.
∎ • Taking necessary and prompt steps in case of any accident damage occurs in the Assy. tools in the factory.
∎ • Preparing daily, weekly, & monthly production report and send through proper channel to the head office.
∎ • Forming Sub-committee for various maintenance and operation of different machinery.
∎ • Preparing change internally (worker related) if needed.
∎ • Ensure Delivery consulting with Delivery Section.
∎ • Submission of Daily/Weekly visiting/Activity report to the General Manager.
∎ • Any other job as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years exposure in Managerial position.
∎ Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong oral and written communications skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
∎ Capable of managing quality control in the plant
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Travel frequently all over the country is required.
