∎ Strong Experience in Building Management and Industrial Automation System.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proven track record of achieving experience.
∎ Results-oriented with proactive approach to Engineering problem solutions, Designing, Execution and Commissioning of BMS process.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills/ Planning.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ High level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.·
∎ Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, tenders, and presentations to potential clients.·
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
∎ Job Overview:
∎ Would be responsible to prepare offer on the basis of the BOQ made and served by client. Should have the capability of individually prepare the BMS/Industrial Automation along with input/output summery based on basic drawing of HVAC and other Electro Mechanical Drawings.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to: Chairman /MD/General Manager of the company.
