∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance
∎ CA (C.C)/partly qualified will get preference.
∎ Jahangirnagar University,North South University,BRAC University,Rajshahi University,University of Dhaka students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team of the group.
∎ Controlling master LC/Sales contact, Back to Back LC, EDF, credit sanctions of banks, group loan portfolio, daily fund management and banks dealings.
∎ To develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Experience in ERP software.
∎ To ensure financial and investment planning to support business goals;
∎ To have sound knowledge in RMG legal issues, the court of law matters, Joint Stock works, etc.
∎ To ensure banking function, loan processing, mortgage, land deed, etc.
∎ To Oversees the general accounting function, which includes Payroll, Billing/Credit/A/R, A/P, Bank accounting and operations, Book close, General Ledger Management, inter-company accounting, financial reporting, and balance sheet management for company entities.
∎ To ensure loan and credit facilities arrangement, including term loan, project finance, trade finance, and factoring
∎ To ensure good liaison with bankers, Investors, financial and legal advisors
∎ To ensure smooth cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
∎ To do accounting research; manage the processes for financial forecasting; prepare and submit Annual Budget.
∎ To ensure preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounts of the company.
∎ To develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to provide reasonable assurance that the company assets are protected
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
