Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public Universities with IEB membership.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to check and verify all sorts of renovation / new construction works to be made as per approved design, drawing and planning.
∎ Prepares designed drawing according to standard design code using Auto Cad, ETABS or other tools as necessary for civil & prefabricated steel building.
∎ Need to have experience relating to Hollow bar fabrication works both for steel and RCC factories T & CVI relevant activities and documents.
∎ Need experience related to Airline installation by networking at the production premises.
∎ Candidate should have depth knowledge on Details Engineering Assessment (DEA) of project, knowledge on Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) 2006/2020
∎ Handling the RSC/ELEVATE ( Former ACCORD/ALLIANCE) Audit on structure for all factories.
∎ Checking of drawings & design documents provided by outside consultants & comment on any kind of discrepancy for civil buildings.
∎ Undertakes feasibility studies of project locations and develops the design accordingly.
∎ Prepare BOQ as per drawings and certify accordingly. Budget to be provided whenever necessary.
∎ Taking permission from concerned authority for all civil and construction works.
∎ Ensuring timely completion of the projects with available resources & manpower while leading the whole team (staff management) by providing necessary directives.
∎ Conducting tests for checking the material quality.
∎ Examine structures at risk of collapse and advising how to improve their structural integrity, such as recommending removal or repair of defective parts or rebuilding the entire structure.
∎ Supporting the compliance team during environment, structural and safety audit of the buyer.
∎ Experienced in ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) related construction projects.
∎ Project schedule planning.

∎ Self driven, result oriented and capable to work under stress.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill.
∎ Adequate skill in computer using specially office packages.
