∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication, Banks, Cellular Phone Operator, E-commerce, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day management for ensuring the effective service delivery of the technical and non-technical services operations that is fully compliant with legislation and the user satisfaction.
∎ Manage the maintenance team for on-site engineering activities to ensure quality of installations.
∎ Ensure compliance with all statutory legislation and company procedures.
∎ Ensure all technical service provision meets the specifications and standards set by the management.
∎ Proactive management and reporting on energy consumption for the building.
∎ Manage investigation and suggestion of ways to increase the life of assets by engineering initiative.
∎ Ensure to keep records up to date and complete.
∎ To ensure billing, quotations and all financial elements of the contract are kept up to date.
∎ Prepare and present Periodic/monthly operational and financial reports to the Line Manager.
∎ Reviewing prices for services work and evaluate vendor performance.
∎ Testing and checking of installations.
∎ Attending meetings and presenting ideas and progress reports to line managers and clients.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience as a maintenance manager or similar role.
∎ Experience in facility maintenance.
∎ Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
∎ Excellent documentation skills.
∎ Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
