Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Transport Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & Coach all types of Technician at workshop.
∎ Monitor the Vehicles Master Data for regular updating.
∎ Monitor all spare parts repair in house & outside of the workshop as well.
∎ Maintain ERP stocks & place order as per requirements.
∎ To assign technician in case of accidental issue on the road.
∎ To check & verify all sorts of bills during maintenance work on road.
∎ Ensure the delivery lead time.
∎ Coordinating and assisting with workshop staff.
∎ Managing the maintenance and repair processes of plant and equipment.
∎ Control and supervision of subcontractors, suppliers, work and materials delivered.
∎ To ensure the workshop and surrounding areas are kept clean and tidy.
∎ Negotiate with authorize third party vendor if required.
∎ Any other task assign by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Bust knowledge regarding trailer (HINO, TATA, Ashok, DAF CF) Maintenance will get preference.
∎ Able to diagnosis to solve the problem ASAP.
∎ Leadership skills like communication, decision making are required.
∎ Well Conversant with computer literacy.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
