Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Applicants from Public University, RUET/KUET/CUET will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Autocad 2D 3D, Autocad design, Good Communication Skill in Both English Bengali, HVAC Design and Estimation, Ms Office Suite
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create detailed HVAC system designs using AutoCAD software based on project requirements, engineering calculations, and specifications.
∎ Produce 2D CAD drawings and models of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, equipment layout, and schematics.
∎ Calculate and specify appropriate HVAC equipment, including air handlers, chillers, fans, and pumps, considering factors such as load calculations, energy efficiency, and space constraints.
∎ Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to understand requirements and incorporate design changes as necessary.
∎ Maintain organized documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and revisions.
∎ Effectively communicate design concepts and requirements to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Occasionally, visit project sites to assess the installation of HVAC systems and provide on-site support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ Knowledge of MS Office applications.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
