• Strong technical knowledge of knit fabric finishing processes, machinery, and quality parameters.

• Good understanding of buyer requirements, fabric testing standards, inspection procedures, and finishing SOPs.

• Proven ability to manage multiple orders and ensure on-time delivery under tight production schedules.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Good communication, interpersonal, coordination, and reporting skills.

1. In-House Production: Ensure optimum production efficiency and output across the in-house finishing department.

2. Outsource Management: Oversee outside finishing and heat-setting processes to guarantee on-time completion and quality standards.

3. Delivery & T&A Compliance: Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure on-time delivery in accordance with the Time & Action (T&A) calendar.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Central Planning team, Merchandising, and external partners/customers to maintain smooth workflow.

5. Process Improvement: Drive and manage the department using structured, systematic approaches and standardized operational practices.
