• Good knowledge of AOP fabric processing and printing workflows.

• Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production and shipment deadlines.

• Good communication and follow-up skills to coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant office applications.

• Outsourced AOP Fabric Management: Track and ensure timely receipt of in-house required AOP fabrics from external suppliers/subcontractors to maintain line schedules.
• Artwork Planning & Distribution: Systematically plan and distribute AOP artwork files and strike-offs to relevant teams and factories.
• Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough risk analysis during the initial sample development stage to identify and resolve potential printing, quality, or process defects early on.
• Costing Analysis: Analyze AOP fabric production and printing costs during the sampling stage to optimize cost-efficiency before bulk production.
• Quality & Timeline Monitoring: Oversee print execution to ensure compliance with buyer approved strike-offs, color fastness, and Time & Action (T&A) timelines.
