Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed university in country/abroad.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicants should have the experience on Estimating & costing of all kind of residential & commercial high-rise buildings in Real Estate sector.
∎ Vast Knowledge on BOQ.
∎ Able to prepare Estimate format on MS Excel.
∎ Vast knowledge on all kind of materials & requirement policy.
∎ Able to prepare Master Program.
∎ Knowledge on PWD rate schedule.
∎ Vast knowledge on all types of drawing.
∎ Knowledge on materials wastage policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ At least 6 years' experience as Estimator for B.Sc Engineer/at least 10 years' experience as estimator for Diploma Engineer.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area- Real Estate, Developer & Group of companies.
∎ Must Know- AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, ERP Software, MSP and other Civil Engineering Software.
∎ Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill.
∎ Able to work independently under pressure.
∎ Energetic, Creative, Sincere and Honest.
